Things to Do Every Day
- Sleep 7-8 hours uninterrupted, because you need it. No joke.
- Hydrate. Shoot for 3 liters...yes I said 3 liters.
- Eat 5-10 servings of fruit and vegetables.
- Eat 60-80 grams of quality protein.
- Eat 20-30 grams of fiber.
- Meditate 2x20 minutes. The physical and mental benefits are real and astounding. Okay, so try for 1x10 and work up from there.
- Exercise, of course.
- Stretch. Yes, it's part of exercise. It's also part of feeling good!
- Laugh, because it feels good.
- Smile and say hello to a stranger, because nobody does anymore.
- Learn something. If you learned it online, factcheck it.
- Go outside, for lots of reasons.
- Drink green tea.
- Take a cool/cold bath or shower.
There is a lot of science to back the benefits of each and every thing on this list. The benefit is real, and if done consistently, tangible. You will see and feel the difference. I promise. Live a happy life.
