Compact and portable design.

The Pilates Wheel is small and light so it doesn't take up much space, and can fit in a travel bag so you can take it with you. The wheels allow movement like a Reformer's carriage, while the adjustable footbar lets you use your hands or your feet.

Resistance bands for all difficulty levels.

Light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy resistance bands are easily attached to the Pilates Wheel, so you can vary the difficulty level of your workout. Handles and footloops let them be used with either the hands or feet - just like the Reformer.

The DLX adds an anchor for a wider range of workouts.

The Pilates Wheel DLX can be anchored to any heavy object like a couch, table, bed, weights, or under a door, allowing for more versatility in your workouts. The DLX Anchor Package can also be purchased separately and added onto the COR.

If you like Pilates without the $2500 reformer and the $50 per class - THIS IS IT. It's even harder than the reformer because you need more balance - core strength - to keep the wheel steady.
